Modalités applicables aux plans et documents techniques produits par Onedot Design.
1.Champ d’application
Les présentes modalités s’appliquent à l’ensemble des plans et documents produits par Onedot Design dans le cadre d’un projet, incluant notamment : les concepts créatifs et visuels, les plans techniques, les plans d’assemblage, les plans de site événementiel, les plans d’aménagement, les plans d’accrochage et de structure (rigging), ainsi que tout autre document graphique ou technique connexe (ci-après les « Plans »).
2.Propriété intellectuelle
Les Plans, incluant les concepts de design et de création, demeurent en tout temps la propriété intellectuelle exclusive d’Onedot Design, que des honoraires distincts aient été facturés pour leur conception ou non. Aucun droit de propriété n’est cédé au client du seul fait de la remise des Plans.
3.Usage limité au projet
Les Plans sont fournis à titre de licence d’utilisation limitée et sont valides uniquement pour le projet, le lieu, les dates et la configuration pour lesquels ils ont été conçus. Ils ne peuvent être copiés, reproduits, modifiés, diffusés ou réutilisés, en tout ou en partie, pour un autre projet, événement ou client, sans le consentement écrit préalable d’Onedot Design.
4.Plans non scellés
Onedot Design n’est pas un bureau d’ingénierie et n’emploie pas d’ingénieurs autorisés. Les Plans — y compris les plans d’accrochage, de rigging et de structure — sont produits à des fins de présentation et de coordination uniquement. Ils ne sont pas scellés ni certifiés par un ingénieur et ne constituent pas des documents d’ingénierie. Il incombe au client ou à l’entrepreneur responsable de retenir les services d’un ingénieur autorisé afin de valider, calculer et, le cas échéant, sceller tout élément structural, de levage ou d’accrochage avant son exécution.
5.Vérification et responsabilité
Toute mesure, quantité ou condition de site indiquée doit être vérifiée sur place avant exécution. Onedot Design décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages ou pertes découlant d’une utilisation des Plans en dehors de leur portée prévue, d’une modification non autorisée, ou de l’omission d’obtenir la certification technique requise.
6.Acceptation
La réception et l’utilisation des Plans par le client valent acceptation des présentes modalités.

1.Scope
These terms apply to all plans and documents produced by Onedot Design in connection with a project, including but not limited to: creative and visual concepts, technical plans, assembly plans, event site plans, layout plans, rigging and structural plans, and any other related graphic or technical document (collectively, the “Plans”).
2.Intellectual Property
The Plans, including all design and creative concepts, remain at all times the exclusive intellectual property of Onedot Design, whether or not separate design fees were charged. No ownership right is transferred to the client merely by delivery of the Plans.
3.Project-Specific Use
The Plans are provided under a limited licence of use and are valid solely for the project, venue, date(s) and configuration for which they were created. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or reused, in whole or in part, for any other project, event or client, without the prior written consent of Onedot Design.
4.Plans Are Not Sealed
Onedot Design is not an engineering firm and does not employ licensed engineers. The Plans — including rigging, hanging and structural plans — are produced for presentation and coordination purposes only. They are not sealed or certified by a professional engineer and do not constitute engineering documents. It is the responsibility of the client or the responsible contractor to retain a licensed engineer to validate, calculate and, where required, seal any structural, lifting or rigging element prior to execution.
5.Verification and Liability
Any measurement, quantity or site condition shown must be verified on site prior to execution. Onedot Design assumes no liability for damages or losses arising from use of the Plans outside their intended scope, unauthorized modification, or failure to obtain the required technical certification.
6.Acceptance
Receipt and use of the Plans by the client constitutes acceptance of these terms.
